子宮內膜異位者應注意食物以溫熱為主。不要喝冰冷飲，蔬果中的西瓜、苦瓜、哈蜜瓜、黃瓜、大白菜、絲瓜、椰子汁、綠茶、蓮藕、白蘿蔔、生菜、綠豆等較涼性的食物最好少吃，或吃時加薑或陳皮等同煑，生果也不宜在冰箱內即取即吃，應該放暖後才吃。煎炸及燥熱食物會損害陰份，最好少吃。
